The Organization of Iranian Kurdistan Struggle issued a statement condemning the inhumane measures against Ashraf residents carried out by Nouri Maliki’s forces.
 
This statement partly reads: “The Organization of Iranian Kurdistan Struggle condemns the attack on Ashraf City, and calls on all international human rights organizations, the UN, and the US military command in Iraq to prevent the implementation of the Iranian regime’s policies and conspiracies against Ashraf.”
