The sit-in in New York by the families of Ashraf residents continued for its 28th day during which the message of Ms. Margaret, the priestess from Trinity Episcopal of New York, in solidarity and support of the demonstrators was read to them. Part of her message reads, “May God save you for this great job that you are doing to secure the protection and rights of the people.”

Then the message of Iranians Society in New England was read. In their message, they emphasized, “We declare our full support of the 3500 heroes of the Ashraf City and their goals. We urge the UN Secretary General and the ICRC to remind the U.S. government and the MNF-I of their responsibility for security and protection of Ashraf City.”
