Five unexploded missiles threaten the lives of residents
Iraqi military experts visited Camp Liberty on Saturday, February 9 and identified the sites where (38) 107mm missiles landed in Camp Liberty. They also found five unexploded missiles which pose a serious threat to the residents’ lives.
According to obtained information, sixty more missiles were been found near Camp Liberty ready to be fired at the camp. Iraqi security forces too have observed these missiles today at 10 a.m. local time.
The area of Camp Liberty is 80 times smaller than Ashraf and since there is no building in Camp Liberty, making it extremely vulnerable. A quick return of Liberty residents to Ashraf is the only way to prevent further deaths.
