The inhuman mullahs’ regime once again committed a heinous crime and killed Amir Moussa’i, 38, on Friday February 1st under brutal tortures in Borazjan prison.
Amir Moussa’i, the father of a 3 year old son, was a young athlete who was respected for his moral qualities by his fellow city mates. He was living in Shiraz and since four months ago was wanted by the IRGC and MOIS agents. He was brutally attacked and arrested at dawn on January 16. After two days of torture in Gonaveh prison, he was transferred to Borazjan prison. After 12 days, while his body was crushed due to tortures, he was transferred to solitary confinement. After three days while his body was totally infected, they transferred him to hospital and asked his family asked to go to Borazjan to visit him.
Amir’s family was faced with Amir’s half-dead body, which was bruised and swollen due to severe torture. In short moments that he became conscious, he described a portion of 15-days of torture and said that the henchmen had severely wounded him by club and bar blows. The club blows were so severe that had damaged his kidneys, stomach and intestine. In his last moments Amir demanded to see his son, but passed away before having a chance to see his son.
The efforts of Amir’s family to provide bail for his release that started since his first day of arrest was unsuccessful and the henchmen exerted brutal torture on him.
The news of heinous killing of this defenseless young man by the mullahs’ henchmen outraged the people of Gonaveh. Scores of people, who had gathered in the house of his grieving family, were cursing Khamenei and his henchmen for Amir’s brutal murder.
This is the fourth murder under torture in recent months. Before Amir, Sattar Beheshti and Kramatollah Za’reian in Tehran and Jalil Soweidi in Ahwaz were slain under torture.
The religious fascism ruling Iran, by taking advantage of the international community’s silence and inaction, every day gets more victims. Referring the dossier of systematic and brutal violation of human rights in Iran to the Security Council and prosecuting its leaders for crimes against humanity is a necessary step to stop this cycle of repression and crimes in Iran.
