
The Iranian resistance calls on international community to save 5 political prisoners from fellow Arab citizens in Ahwaz and demands urgent international action to save their lives.
“Muhammad Ali Amouri” fishery engineer, “Hadi Rashedi” chemistry teacher, “Hashem Shabani” teacher, “Jaber Al Boushoukeh” computer engineer and his brother, Mukhtar, have been sentenced to death for the mullahs-made charge of “Moharebeh (waging war against God)”, “conspiring against state security” and “propaganda against the regime”. They have been under brutal torture in order to make forced confessions. The henchmen transferred them from Karoon prison in Ahwaz on January 17 to an unknown location.
On June 18, another four political prisoners of fellow Arab citizens in Ahwaz, including three brothers named Abdolrahman, Abbas and Jamshid Heydari, and another prisoner named Ali Sharifi were executed. All of the said prisoners were detainees of Ahwaz people demonstration in April 2011.
