Executions and savaged punishments escalate in Iran

Bidding at further intimidation atmosphere
On the eve of the annual Fire Festivals in Iran, the antihuman mullahs’ regime, in fear of popular uprisings, has intensified savage executions throughout the country. Only in the period of March 7th to the 11th, 10 prisoners have been hanged in various cities.
On Sunday, March 11th, eight prisoners including two women were hanged collectively in the prison of Zahedan (southeast of Iran); two of them were Afghan citizens. The regime’s executioners have charged each family of the victims 1,100,000 rials in exchange for delivering the bodies, 500,000 rials of it being the price of the rope!
Two other prisoners were hanged publicly on March 7th and 8th in Fardis of Karaj (west of Tehran) and Shirwan (East of Iran). (State-run IRNA news agency – March 8th; and state-run daily Jomhouri Eslami – March 7th)
Mullahs’ regime’s other criminal measures to intensify the atmosphere of intimidation among the society includes dissemination of news of issuing three criminal and antihuman verdicts of eye gauging in the provinces of Tehran, Isfahan and Kurdistan from February 20th to 25th (according to state news agency ISNA on February 20th and 22nd – FARS news agency affiliated to IRGC); arbitrary arrests under the guise of security measures; and arrest of “hooligans and thugs.
