
In a press conference held in Oslo-Norway, representative of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Nordic countries and a number of Norwegian prominent jurists condemned the wave of executions in Iran and asked for ending the disgraceful appeasement policy toward Iran’s bloodthirsty dictatorship.
In this press conference Parviz Khazaii, NCRI’s representative at Nordic countries and a number of Norwegian human rights activists delivered their speeches.
Parviz Khazaii announced that the President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, has called on the UN and all governments for help to bring the extensive executions in Iran to a standstill. Pointing out at the rising number of executions in Iran, Mrs Rajavi asserted that the number of prisoners who were waiting for execution in only one of the country’s prisons exceeded 600.
In this conference with participation of the Norwegian media reporters, The NCRI representative in Nordic countries presented the last figures of executions and said that 31 people had been hanged only in the past month. He added that if the International community, particularly the UN, does not take essential measures to halt these atrocities, the number of these outrageous homicides will step up every day.
