In an interview with INTV, Lord King, Member of British House of Lords asserted that following the British Court of Appeal verdict, the European Union has no justification to keep the PMOI in the terrorist list.

Lord King said: Without any appeasement, this court asked for annulment of terrorist designation of the PMOI; since Britain was the basis for terrorist designation of the PMOI, it is time now this Union announces that the terrorist designation had been illegal; the EU must apologize PMOI.

Responding a question regarding missile attack to Ashraf City by the clerical regime, Lord King said: This measure was indicative of the Iranian regime’s anger of the British Court’s verdict; this is the characteristic of the terrorist regimes that they will take the price from innocent people; from my view this is another injustice.
