At a press conference held in Cairo on Monday, March 17th, with many Arab reporters and dignitaries taking part from the Egypt Bar Association, a statement by 2.55 million citizens from across 18 Arab countries was issued in support and solidarity of PMOI members in Camp Liberty, Iraq. The speakers in this conference condemned the Iranian regime’s flagrant meddling in Arabic countries’ affairs, and also the Iraqi forces vicious attack against Ashraf, and the criminal missile attacks against Liberty. This statement also calls on the US government and United Nations to take practical measures to provide security for Liberty residents.
