Iraqi MP Falah Hassan from the Iraqiya Coalition expressed his support for the European Union decision appointing a special advisor on the subject of Ashraf, Iraq’s Azzaman daily reported.
“This EU decision naturally will receive the approval of all parties, especially human rights organizations,” Hassan said. “We approve this decision as a humanitarian decision because it brings an end to the tensions in Ashraf.
