Avaz al-Abdan, head of the Southern Iraq Liberation Movement said in this conference, “This campaign is in response to the Iranian regime’s interferences in Iraq’s affairs and the role its government institutions are playing in making Iraq’s current status even more critical.”
“Over two million Iraqis have been killed and their blood is on the hands of the Iranian regime,” he added. “Four million Iraqis have fled the country and are weeping for Iraq, and the Iranian regime is to be blamed for this. Over two million people have fled their provinces, going to different locations all because of the Iranian regime. The properties and assets stolen from the Iraqi budget all pile into the pockets of the Iranian regime’s agents in Iraq.”
