The mullahs’ regime’s media assessed the video message of the Iranian Resistance President-elect to a hearing session at US Congress as a guideline to the US government and expressed their fear of it.
The Islamic Republic daily, belonging to the regime’s supreme leader, wrote: Maryam Rajavi has accused the Islamic Republic of involvement in Iraq’s insecurity. In a video message to the US Congress, she said: “The Iranian regime is the main problem in Iraq; other factors are marginal. The mullahs will not allow a successful political process in Iraq to take shape, because a democratic Iraq would be a nightmare for them. ”

This state-run daily added: In a recommendation similar to an order, she addressed American officials: “The desire for the return of U.S. troops home is a legitimate one. But for that to happen, the Iranian problem and by extension the Iraqi crisis must be resolved. The solution in Iraq is to root out the Iranian regime.”
