On the forty fourth day of sit-in by Ashraf residents’ families outside UN headquarters in Geneva, the sit-in participants dialogued with Ashraf residents thru a telephone connection. In this telephone contact, Mohammad Hayati, a PMOI official, on behalf of Ashraf PMOI members, appreciated all fathers, mothers and fellow citizen who had participated in the Geneva sit-in and said: During the last 44 days, you have continued your sit-in for Ashraf protection with a firm will; thousand salutes to you. We see your resistance daily and this makes us more determined; each one of us shall resist to the last drop of blood until we achieve freedom for the Iranian people. Our path is the path of victory.

Then, Rahman Karimi, the Iranian prominent poet and writer, delivered speech and revealed some conspiracies by the Iranian regime through its Ministry of Intelligence (MIOS) against Ashraf residents.

Also solidarity message of the Iranians residing in Manchester was read by one of the mothers participating in the sit-in.
