On the invitation of the Union of human rights societies supporting the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Sweden, a session was held in Building ABF in Stockholm with the participation of Iranians supporters of the Resistance, foreign guests, human rights activists, academicians and a number of Swedish Parliament’s representatives.

The session chaired by Lenart Friden, former Swedish MP from Moderat Party and the chairman of the Friends of Free Iran Association.

In the beginning, a short shocking film of the executions and brutal suppression of the Iranian people in recent days by the mullahs’ regime was shown which touched the audience extremely.

Then the student representatives supporting the Resistance delivered speeches and announced their support of the students in the Polytechnic, Allameh, Tehran and other Universities who by chanting “death to dictator” have expressed the wish of Iranian people against the fascist dictatorship of the mullahs.

Then Lenart Friden, former Swedish MP said: In my view who am familiar to some extent with Quran, the mullahs haven’t even read and understood Quran, otherwise they wouldn’t have done so to their people.

Kenneth Lewis, jurist and a member of “Lawyers without border” said: I have visited Ashraf city and found the PMOI’s members individuals who not only have a specific plan for Iran, but have already implemented it. I couldn’t find any reason for their terrorist designation in the US and Europe’s terrorist list. They are carrying out the same struggle that we Europeans did 60 years ago against Hitler’s fascism.

Several other parliamentarians and professors delivered speeches and condemned the brutal suppression of the Iranian people by the mullahs’ regime.
