The French Supreme Court, the highest judiciary authority in France, rejected the appeal by the Iranian regime’s agents who under the title of “victims of the PMOI’s operations” had filed a complaint against the PMOI and the members of the Iranian Resistance in France.
The Iranian regime’s agents had claimed that during a military operation in Ahwaz against the Iranian regime’s suppressive centers they had undergone heavy damages.
Referring to the claims and reasoning of the attorney of the Iranian regime’s agents, the French Supreme Court emphasized: “Those remarks will not allow us at any condition to accept that there is a possible relation between the claimed damages with the investigation file in France, and that is why the Appeal Court has been right in rejecting those genets’ request to have access to the June 17 file.”
