Egyptian MP Atef Mikhalif on the execution of PMOI hero Gholamreza Khosravi:
“The truth is when I received the news it is an emphasis on this fact that when martyr from the PMOI falls, this shows that the clock of the mullahs’ overthrow is closer, and I say to all the Iranian people that the PMOI is sacrificing its most cherished assets to establish democracy for all of the Iranian people, and today when a martyr is slain, he is a martyr of the truth and democracy, and this shows the mullahs are terrified of PMOI’s efforts and activities in in the path of democracy for all of Iran. I call on the Iranian people to resistance against clerical mullahs’ dictatorship, which shows its true nature in the continuous executions of those who stand for the truth.

“We in Egypt as Members of Parliament have had many meetings with the PMOI, participated in many conferences that called on the world to stand in the face of the mullahs’ dictatorship and its new president Rouhani that has engulfed the entire globe with corruption and it is not just about Iran.
“We condemn all measures of the Iranian regime and call on the international community to stand powerfully against all measures carried out by the mullahs’ regime and Rouhani against the PMOI. This organization is only seeking to establish democracy in their country.”
