Jordanian Al-Arab Al-youm and Baghdad Daily publish Diyala Tribal Sheikhs’ Council’s statement.
Baghdad Daily published the Diyala Tribal Sheikhs’ Council’s statement in protest to Iraqi security forces’ prevention of the delegation’s visit to Camp Liberty and call for announcing Liberty as a refugee camp in its front page.
It also published Diyala Tribal Sheikhs’ Council’s statement in expressing disgust about Ahmadinejad’s trip to Iraq and wrote: We, the Diyala tribesmen call on honored Iraqis to protest and express abhorrence against the trip of Iranian regime president who export terrorism and has nothing for Iraq except wickedness.
Jordanian Al-Arab al-Youm wrote: Through a statement Diyala Tribal Sheikhs’ Council announce that the Iraqi security forces prevented visit of a delegation of tribesmen and lawyers to the camp.
In its statement the council condemned Iraqi forces’ measure and called on international community to condemn Iraqi government’s unlawful act and announce Camp Liberty as a refugee camp.
