Supporters of the Iranian Resistance and PMOI gathered in downtown Montreal on Sunday, May 1st , staging a demonstration condemning the brutal attack of Maliki’s forces on Ashraf.
The demonstrators particularly reminded the inhumane conditions that Maliki’s elements have imposed on the injured residents in Ashraf, and in their slogans called for the immediate transfer of the wounded to hospitals with standard conditions. They also called on US forces to provide the protection of Ashraf residents and for the UN monitoring team to station in Ashraf.
