A Washington court ruled against Trita Parsi, the Iranian regime’s known agent in the US, rejecting his complaints against Mr. Hassan Daii. It is worth noting Mr. Daii had exposed Parsi’s services to the mullahs’ network in the US under the guise of a lobby firm by the name of NIAC, or the so-called National Iranian American Council.
The following is the statement released by Mr. Hassan Daii following the court ruling:
Fellow countrymen,
Four and half years have passed from the day Trita Parsi and NIAC filed a complaint against me. After an excruciating and expensive legal battle, the final ruling has been delivered. I have always said they are the Iranian regime’s lobby in the US. In their complaint, they accused me of lies and being affiliated to conservatives and warmongers.
Reviewing my writings and remarks, the court judge described their complaint as irrelevant and dismissed all the accusations against me. Additionally, NIAC and Trita Parsi himself were convicted of concealment and fraud during the court process, lack of honesty and… condemned to pay an important portion of my lawyers’ fees.
In following reports I will detail the court’s ruling and explain it to my countrymen. However, I would like to use this opportunity and express my gratitude again to all those who supported me in the past four and half years. I congratulate all of the Iranian people on this victory. NIAC and its allies in the regime’s economic mafia, and also powerful American institutes, had highly invested in supporting NIAC and were preparing to gain serious profits following its victory in this court. However, they instead received a heavy defeat with the court ruling.
At another opportunity, I will talk about the pressures that NIAC and its American allies resorted to in these four and a half years to break the will of me and my and lawyers. I will also reveal the behind-the-scene supporters of this whole issue.
I hope this will be a first step towards isolating this Iranian regime lobby network in the US.
Salutations to all my fellow countrymen, and with wishes of the overthrow of the mullahs’ regime.
It is worth noting that Trita Parsi, along with another well known agent by the name of Bob Nay, was also involved in arms smuggling for the Iranian regime. Parsi served time in prison after being convicted for crimes in this regard. NIAC was established to lobby for the Iranian regime while US officials themselves describe this regime as the central banker of terrorism and the most important supporter of terrorism in the world. The revealed documents resemble Trita Parsi being in contact with the office protecting the regime’s interests in the US.
Revealing various documents showing Trita Parsi’s relations with the Iranian regime, Hassan Daii wrote: The third era of the regime’s lobby in the US began in 2002. In this period, Iran took action directly to establish a lobby network with the very obvious example being Trita Parsi’s council. Despite enjoying the tremendous support of oil companies and cartels as the regime’s main allies, this new type of lobby is a reflection of the direct role of the regime’s own people.
In relation to the activities of Trita Parsi’s network, last year Fox News published an article written by a former FBI expert. This piece reported an FBI anti-terrorism expert at the last minute revealing a fabricated report in the name of the FBI against the PMOI. The expert added the report was prepared by Iranian regime elements.
This article stated this document has no author or FBI document number, therefore seriously undermining its credibility. Following further investigations, it was made clear the paper consisted of two completely separate documents fabricated against the PMOI. An Iranian-American dissident of the PMOI by the name of Trita Parsi has claimed the FBI report states the PMOI being involved in terrorist operation planning. This is while there is nothing in the fabricated FBI document to prove such a claim and the report is obviously related to issues regarding the trafficking of refugees to the US by a number of Iranians.
This article also revealed the attempts by Trita Parsi in the summer of 2011 to maintain the PMOI in the US terror list and his measures against US Members of Congress and other dignitaries supporting the Iranian Resistance. The article goes on to say Trita Parsi claims during his ten year life in Washington, he has never seen al-Qaeda representatives marching in the halls of the US Congress… however, the PMOI are free to do everything.
Trita Parsi also wrote that more shocking was seeing former US officials calling for their official recognition.
