Iraqiya Coalition spokeswoman Maysoun al-Damalouji criticized Nouri Maliki’s methods regarding the issue of refugees and warned the government against resorting to the use of force against Camp Ashraf and the forceful transfer of Iranian refugees, Jordan’s al-Arab al-Yawm daily reported.
Referring to Iraqi National Security Advisor Faleh Fayaz’s stance on the involuntary evacuation of Camp Ashraf, al-Damalouji explained, “If such an act takes place it will be an international disgrace. These refugees are not armed and will not cause any threats for Iraq to treat them in such a way.”
