Camp Liberty: Hunger Strike to free 7 Ashrafi hostages

While 100 days has passed since the abduction of the 7 Ashrafi hostages and the campaign and hunger strike for their release still continues, many PMOI members on hunger strike in Liberty are under medical care for serious physical problems. On Monday, 9 December, more than 10 Liberty hunger strikers were urgently transferred to the clinic or placed under doctors’ care at the hunger strike.  A number of these hunger strikers, due to pains in the front side of their heart, were hospitalized and a number of others were placed under doctors’ care for the second or third time. These individuals are: Abolfazl Sadollah, Mohammad Shabrokh, Farzad Ashna, Hamid Andalib, Mohammad Ibrahim Zar’e, Leila Ghanbari, Mahnaz Jadidian, Elaha Shokouhzadeh, Akhtar Shameem, Zohre Saket and Maryam Senobari.
