Brain drain, flagrant poverty, crackdown and denying the people of their free will, lack of freedoms and arbitrary executions are the bitter realities of the Iranian people’s daily lives. These bitter realities have led to Iranian political parties and organization to rise in opposition and reveal the truths of the Iranian people’s daily lives.
Based on statistics published by the World Bank, 180,000 Iranians with science degrees are leaving the country each year. This means $5 billion of this country’s assets.
According to the latest numbers, over 250,000 Iranian physicians and engineers and over 170,000 Iranians with college degrees are living in the United States alone.
Recently in Paris the Iranian Resistance held its annual congress with nearly 1,000 political dignitaries and over 120,000 Iranian dissidents gathering from across the globe.
“Dozens of millions of teachers, college students, nurses and workers are suppressed and are demanding freedom, democracy and jobs,” said Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance.
The number of Iranian immigrants that have fled Iran’s state-backed crackdown, and those who are seeking to change the atrocious realities of the Iranian people, reach 5 million these days and the number of Iranians living in poverty in Iran are numbered at 15 million.
These issues have led to hundreds of thousands of Iranians to rise against the status quo.
The widespread and inclusive coalition named the National Council of Resistance of Iran acts as a parliament-in-exile. Various organizations, political parties and 550 dignified dignitaries including political, cultural, social personalities, experts, artists, intellectuals, scientists and officers and commanders of the National Liberation Army of Iran are members of this coalition.
Politically, one cannot deny that the Iranian regime is the worst regime in the entire world. If this regime is not the worse, it ranks first in the number of executions, and 1,800 people have been executed under Rouhani’s tenure. According to the Iranian opposition freedom of the Iranian people, their welfare and progress should not be the subject of appeasement.
