Various sectors of the Iranian society in the cities of Rasht, Qazvin, Bushehr, Arak, Zanjan , Tabriz, sanandaj, Najafabad and Samirom protested against the anti-popular and predatory policies of the clerical regime by staging strikes, sit-ins and gatherings.
In Rasht, the workers of Iran Barak factory protested demanding their last 5 months unpaid salaries. Over 200 workers of that factory have refrained from going to work since Sunday morning.
In Qazvin, Iranian central city, the fired workers of Ashkan Chini Company staged protest in front of the Alborz Industrial Town; they asked for return to their work and said they hadn’t received their salaries for more than four months.
In Najafabad, Isfahan, the farmers and stockmen protested against the low price of milk purchased by dairy factories. The protesters gathered in front of the governorate building of the city.
In Samirom, western Iranian city, over 200 gardeners protested in front of the governorate building against the regime for not paying compensation. They said most of their products had been destroyed, but the insurance had refrained from sending experts to evaluate the amount of losses.
