World Bank: low job opportunity in Iran

The World Bank described Iran under Rouhani as a bad regime on job opportunity indexes. The World Bank and IFC published a report on job opportunity in various countries from 2012 to 2013, and according to this report Iran is ranked 152nd amongst 189 countries.
