The workers of Kian Tire Factory at Eslamshar district in Tehran stopped working and staged a sit-in at the factory yard to protest against not paying their salaries for the last three months.

In Qazvin, hundreds of workers of Farnakh and Mahnakh companies staged a gathering to protest against lack of job security.

The workers of Iran Khodro Company and pipe making factory in Ahwaz, in separate statements, supported the workers’ strike at the Haft-Tappeh Sugar Cane Factory of Khuzistan and condemned attacks by the suppressive State Security Force on them .
