3 May 2018— Mohammad Javad Jamali, a member of Iran’s parliamentary Security and Foreign Affairs Commission acknowledged the increasing nature of crises engulfing the Iranian regime as a result of U.S. President Donald Trump’s May 12th Iran nuclear deal deadline.

“Trump and the Europeans have already withdrawn from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and now they want to throw the ball into Iran’s court,” he said to state media.

“In my opinion both Trump and the Europeans have effectively exited the JCPOA because all these diplomatic and economic visits have born no fruit and the Europeans, fearing secondary sanctions, are collaborating with the Americans,” Jamali added.

“Instead of officially withdrawing from the JCPOA, they will continue the U.S. trend we have witnessed for the past two years, and by increasing sanctions and throwing the ball into Iran’s court, they will legally and politically blame Iran for their withdrawal from the JCPOA,” he continued.

This Iranian MP also addressed the root source of all these crises for the Iranian regime, being none other than the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), especially considering the fact that this organization first blew the whistle on Iran’s clandestine nuclear program back in 2002 and has continued revealing more secret aspects of this effort.
