A number of Republican representatives have issued a joint statement expressing their concerns over Congress not having access to side agreements made between the International Atomic Energy Agency and Iran.
The sampling method used in Parchin proves our deep concerns regarding the side agreements and IAEA inspections in Iran, the statement explains.
Without access to side agreements it would be impossible to be certain that Iran is not seeking a nuclear weapon. Therefore, until US President Barack Obama doesn’t follow the law and refuses to present the side agreements to Congress, the sanctions regime must be maintained on Iran, it added.
