Tehran:
According to reports received from the Tehran Bazaar following the unprecedented recession in the city’s famous bazaar and the damages seen by the storeowners during the past year, a significant number of storeowners intend to close their shops. Many have placed signs on their vitrines announcing their intention to sell their stores.
“With this economic policy and tax pressures on one hand, and the bazaar recession on the other, there is no longer any room to continue selling goods,” a storeowner said.
