UN Security Council and Iran sanction

According to the Al Arabiya TV on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, western diplomats said if the nuclear deal would be signed between Iran and world powers, UN Security Council will postpone any lifting of sanctions at least for one month until the US Congress has enough time for evaluation of the deal.
Obama’s administration officials said this decision is not welcomed, but it’s a political necessity, because the republicans dominate the Congress are opposing the Obama administrations’ nuclear deal with Iran. They are not interested to hear the Security Council has the first say.
