
More than 1,200 workers of Kian Tire factory held a demonstration in Tehran on Saturday, and by burning tires and blocking the roads protested against the plundering policies of the mullahs’ regime.
According to received reports, the workers stopped all activities of the factory and staged a sit-in protest since 9 a.m. and blocked the road from Tehran to Saveh by emblazing the tires.
These workers have not received their salaries for about 7 months and are living a very cumbersome situation.
The protesters said all workers and employees of the factory whose number amounts to 2,500 are at strike.
