NCRI, 15 Jan 2013 – A group of textile workers gathered on Tuesday outside Iran’s Majlis (parliament) to protest non-payment of their salaries, the state-run news agency ISNA reported.
The workers at Khameneh Textile also protested the closure of the factory and not receiving any pension insurance.
The factory is located in the northwestern city of Khameneh but a group of 50 workers had travelled 586 km (364 miles) to Tehran to protest outside parliament.
