City hall agents attacked vendors having a sale outside Bazaar telling them to take down their stands which were their only source of income. But vendors resisted and protested. One vendor said you are trying to make thieves out of us? Another vendor clashed with the agents. Other furious vendors joined and helped the guy.
When the crowd got bigger and angrier people and passersby joined the scuffle, the city agents back down and escaped the scene.
