Parts of the streets of region No.10 in southwestern Tehran was facing water cut off from morning hours on Friday Jan.9th to 1700 hrs. in the afternoon. This was a very troubling sign for the residents in this area.
Protesters gathered in front of the building of ministry of water and sanitation to express dissatisfaction and frustration.
