A young man reacted angrily when he encountered two Basij militant who stopped him to give him a notice and possible arrest and fine for the bogus accusation of improper outfit and appearance in the street. He started to shout and call for help from passersby asking to come to his help.  
A number of witnesses at the scene rushed to his help and clashed with the Basij militants. Finally the two Basij elements were overpowered and fled the scene before being punished by the youth.  This incident happened in Khani-abad region in Tehran, at 9pm Saturday Feb 14th.
