The Iranian regime’s envoy in the United Nations expressed concerns on the adoption of the UN General Assembly resolution condemning its assassination plot against the Saudi ambassador in Washington.
“The proposed resolution will be the beginning of a dangerous trend in the UN,” Iranian regime envoy to the UN Mohammad Khazaii said while literally begging other representatives to not give a positive vote to the resolution.
“The ways and methods available to adopt on such cases are completely defined and the most recognized technique is cooperation between nations,” he added. ”Targeting countries in international sessions has been counterproductive and hurts the atmosphere where cooperation should dominate.”
