A plain cloth security Basij agent drove his car inside a ’no entrance’ area for vehicles and hit and injured a city hall sweeper. He then tried to escape the area without taking care of the injured man. But the people who had witnessed the accident blocked his escape path and took him out of the car and severely beating him for both driving in to a no entrance zone and hitting and trying to escape the scene.
