On the brink of ancient national fire festivities commemorating the last Wednesday of the year, brave youths in Tehran’s Haq-Shenas Square (south of Tehran) threw firecrackers destroying pictures of Khamenei and Khomeini. The youth also set fire to a Khamenei scarecrow.
