Ali Fadavi, commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards naval force, made hollow threats to motivate the IRGC’s depressed forces.
“Destroying the US Navy is one of Iran’s objectives. It is natural that we want to sink US Navy ships,” he said.
In an interview with the state-run Fars news agency, Fadavi claimed, “Destroying a US aircraft carrier will take less than 50 seconds.”
