Senior Iraqiya Coalition member Zafer al-Ani warned of Iranian regime and Iraq linked insurgents being dispatched to Syria to assist the Syrian dictatorship in its crackdown against the uprising Syrian nation.
Sumariya News reported, “Expressing the concern of the Iraqiya Coalition regarding the news of armed men from Iran, Lebanese Hezbollah and Iraqi insurgents affiliated to Tehran going to Syria to support the Assad regime, Dr. Zafer al-Ani said the Iraqiya Coalition is worried about the strategic coalition between the regimes of Khamenei and Bashar Assad which appears to be against Syrian national will.”
