Mullah Alam al-Hoda, the Iranian regime’s Friday prayer leader in the northeastern city of Mashhad, revealed that Khamenei ordered Internet speed to not be upgraded but his orders are neglected.
“The Ministry of Communications is suffering from a serious plague. While Khamenei has ordered to keep the Internet speed down, we are witnessing his orders being neglected,” he said in a speech for a number of regime elements in Mashhad.
