Former Isfahan Province public prosecutor Mohammad Reza Habibi admitted that the Iranian regime had secretly amputated the hands of five individuals in Isfahan.
“During the past year there have been five hands being amputated as sharia verdicts carried out in prison, due to the enmity seen from foreign media outlets,” he said.
