Coinciding with disillusionment among various ranks of the mullahs’ dictatorship due to the regime’s downfall conditions, state-run Jahan News reported a second reporter from the state-run Mehr News Agency fleeing Iran, currently seeking asylum in a Western country. This is the second such incident in the past few months alone.
Refraining from naming the regime’s former reporter, a media associated with the mullahs’ ruling party wrote: “Incoming reports indicate this individual went to Turkey last Thursday and is seeking asylum from the US or a European country.”
A few months earlier, news from Iran revealed the secretary of Mehr News Agency’s picture service receiving asylum abroad.
