MANAMA — The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has been informed by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretariat General that Saudi Arabia bans the import of Iranian goods through the Bahraini territory, BCCI spokesman Ibrahim Shammari said. 

 Shammari said on Wednesday that the ban also covered the export of Iranian goods through Saudi Arabia.
The BCCI spokesman said the chamber was in favor of stability and supporting national economies of the Gulf states. He positively assessed the efforts of six Arab monarchies to ensure economic growth and development.
