Workers of the Mashhad Ardehal rug factor, located in the city of Kashan in central Iran, went on strike on Sunday, December 13th, protesting not receiving their paychecks for the past four months.
These workers have not received their salaries in October and another month’s paycheck goes back to 2014, which has yet to be received.
The strike and sit-ins launched by these workers continued through various hours of the day, with workers of other factories, warehouses and guards also taking part.
