He had previously claimed on Dec. 29th that if the oil price falls even to $34 per barrel, the problem would be easily solved. The government’s budget bill presented to the mullahs’ parliament was calculated based on $72 per barrel of oil, but it appears that the prices of oil is not even going to remain around $50 a barrel.
