Mahshahr
More than 1000 workers from the Razi Petrochemical Company in the city of Bandar Mahshahr gathered for the third day and protested to low wages and benefits. These workers had staged a protest gathering outside the company’s central office building in Bandar Mahshahr on Wednesday and Thursday January 8th and 9th. This has been one of Bandar Mahshahr’s biggest protests this year.

Pakdasht
A group of sacked workers from the Pounel Company in Pakdasht staged a protest gathering outside the city’s public prosecutor’s office on Sunday, 12 January and demanded their unpaid wages.

Kermanshah
The regime’s repressive State Security Forces on Friday night 10 January intended to arrest a number of youths in Kermanshah’s Khayam road, yet they were faced with resistance from the youths. Bystanders came to their aid and freed the youths after clashing with the SSF units.
