The people of Saravan on Saturday, December 14th, gathered outside an outpost of the regime’s repressive police protesting the murder of a young man by the name of Alias Dehani, who had been gunned down by the police. The regime’s agents resorted to firing bird shots to disperse the angry crowd.
Ahvaz:
300 fish farmers gathered at the Karoon River banks protesting the rerouting and selling of the river waters by the Iranian regime. Popular protests in Ahvaz on this subject have significantly expanded in the past weeks.
Hamedan:
Around 250 workers of the Assad Abad Steel Mill protested the closing of this factory and thus losing their jobs, and demanded the reopening of this plant and returning to work.
Tehran:
A group of retired workers gathered outside the regime’s Labor Department in Abu Reihan Avenue, protesting not receiving their retirement pensions.
