NCRI, 19 Jan 2013 – The Iranian regime’s henchmen lashed two prisoners in western city of Khormabad after they were paraded across the city in a degrading manner by State Security Forces (SSF).
Degrading punishments are systematically used in Iran by the SSF in order to embarrass and humiliate the youth in their neighborhood.
On numerous cases such punishments have been done before hanging the victim.
