NCRI, 24 November 2010 – The Iranian regime has amputated a prisoner’s hand as punishment in the province of Khorasan, according to the state-run Khorasan daily on Tuesday.

The prisoner had his hand cut off in a gruesome act of punishment after undergoing a trial, according to the paper.
