Police chief in Gilan Province (northern Iran), announced that during the first half of this year 10 embezzlement rings were discovered. 
“During this period, a total of $6.6 million was embezzled from banks,” Karimi said in an interview with the terrorist Revolutionary Guards’ so-called Fars news agency.
“In the same time period, over 1.6 million liters of contraband fuel were confiscated,” he added.
